The ‘Ekonav Pet Friendly Certifier‘mark is revoked by the Certification body in the following cases:

  1. If the operation licence of the accommodation or means of transportation is revoked or withdrawn
  2. Due to refusal of the client certified to accept confirmatory checks from Ekonav during the period of validity of the mark, or refusal to accept the terms of the Certification Regulation. Upon the decision to revoke the mark, the manager of the accommodation, means of transportation or the municipality, may lodge an appeal within 15 days, in accordance with the Certification Body’s relevant procedure.
